Meal Plan 4/7

Another week, another meal plan. I love having everything planned ahead of time since I am such an indecisive person. It saves me a headache when it comes time to cook everynight. This week will be…

Dinners:

Grilled chicken, roasted asparagus, roasted sweet potatoes

Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, green beans

Broiled salmon, parmesan quinoa, roasted broccoli

Baked chicken nuggets, sweet potato fries, kale chips

Italian meatballs over homemade spinach whole wheat pasta with mushroom marinara

Rehersal Dinner one night

Wedding one night

Lunches: salads,  yogurt and almond granola, remaining leftovers, homemade black bean hummus and carrots, english muffin grilled cheeses.

Breakfasts:

peanut butter banana chia seed steel cut oats x 3

Smoothies

Oatmeal banana bread muffins

Pancakes

Homemade turkey sausage made into sausage gravy and biscuits

And I’m sure a dessert or two (or 5) will be consumed. Like some homemade vanilla frozen yogurt since the weather will be nearing 80 this week! Lots of outdoor playtime in my future!
