Meal Plan 6/9

Standard

We were out of town visiting family in MD over the weekend. Instead of coming home to a house with food or a meal plan, I made my grocery list and meal plan before we even left. That way, the morning after we get home, I can leave first thing in the morning and refill our refrigerator and be ready for the week.

Breakfasts:

crockpot steel cut oats

greek yogurt with berries and almond granola

apple omelets

Lunches:

salads

cottage cheese or greek yogurt and fruit

Loaded sweet potatoes

leftovers

Dinners:

Greek marinated kabobs with tatziki sauce and baked falafel

Indian Chicken Saag over brown rice

Pot roast with potatoes, carrots, and cabbage

Lentil quinoa stir fry

Hamburgers on homemade buns, roasted green beans

Fish taco rice bowls with corn, avocado, lettuce, greek yogurt, cheese, and tomato

leftovers
