Pretty much every recipe I make could have the word “healthy” before it in the title. I see no reason to eat the “real” recipes when they are anything but real food. For example, instead of using a can of cream of mushroom soup in the “real” green bean casserole, I make my own mushroom sauce. I use all whole foods to cook balanced meals. Everything is husband and kid approved and loved. Most meals are done in 30-60 minutes start to plated on the table. I love to cook but with cooking 3 meals a day, I don’t have time to spend all day in the kitchen. On a weekly basis, I am coming back to my recipe page to make meals plans.
