I have ran a few 5K’s, an 8 K (42:20), and a half marathon (1:54). Right now I am not training for anything but still try to do a couple short runs a week. I would love to do another half marathon but truly don’t have the time to train at the moment, at least not without giving up another aspect of my life which I am not willing to do right now. When the baby gets a little bigger and Alyssa is in preschool I hope to be able to run my second half. I am very competitive by nature and really want to try and beat my first time!

Workouts: These are all at home workouts that take roughly 30 minutes and require little or no equipment.
